Norman, Hubbard & Associates came into being in 1991 when a certified Real Estate Appraiser and company owner from the San Francisco bay area met a New York Marketing Executive and decided to start a family and a new business near the Big Apple. Interest rates were high and the mortgage industry was run by “old school ties,” but enough lenders appreciated lightning fast service to get a small business established. And as we continued to consistently deliver top quality appraisals faster than anyone expected, along with personalized, over-the-top service, we continued to expand.

There’ve been a number of shifts and changes in the industry over those 30 years, but speed and attentive service never go out of fashion, so we’ve weathered them all and continue to grow. We designed our own proprietary order tracking system in the 1990s, which we continue to upgrade, and we train all our staff in communication and service skills so that we can properly understand and fulfill our clients’ needs. We are now a nationwide Appraisal Management Company, licensed in states across the country, with a roster of proven professionals who share our passion for excellent products and top notch service.

OUR SERVICE COMMITMENT

The Norman, Hubbard & Associates Staff are committed to providing high-quality and cost-effective services to our clients. The NHA Staff are experienced professionals that are here to ensure your orders are handled professionally and efficiently. Once an order is received, it is added to the company’s tracking system, is delegated to the most qualified appraiser, and the borrower or customer is called immediately to set up an appointment. Once the report is completed, it is reviewed by our Quality Control Department and delivered when and how the customer needs it. And of course it’s all backed by our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.
